Recently I got to thinking about old pics taken in years back. Below is one I took in the fall of 2006. We’d picked up a Fuji Finepix s3000 digital camera and as I was participating in the Northwest Schools of Mission that year I took it along to capture images to share with the family later. Now, the Finepix s3000 did a good job, but it was all on “auto pilot”. Still, I figured I’d share this image as it’s remained one of my favorites over the years. Looking back over the pics from that trip I can see how much I STILL need to improve in my photographic composition – but that’s what this blog is about, sharing the journey to improve my portrayal of my Father’s world.
